Our Story

 

My name is Tetiana, and BARElyREADY is my love letter to women who are doing the most and somehow still wondering if it’s enough.

I came to the U.S. from Ukraine 16 years ago with one suitcase and big dreams. I built a life here: years in hospitality, a move across the country, falling in love, becoming a mom while carrying the ache of watching my home country at war.

Somewhere in between, I found myself smiling through burnout, juggling motherhood, work, love, and a heaviness I couldn’t quite name.

BARElyREADY was born from what supported me: small rituals that reminded me I was still here: a face mask for an instant refresh, a scrub that felt like a reset and, most importantly, the women who carried me through it all.

My mother, who showed me quiet strength. My girlfriends, who laughed and cried with me through every chapter. My mother-in-law, who held space in her own way. Mentors, managers, and women who led with grace and grit.

I made BARElyREADY because life didn't pause when I needed care. So I decided to build the pause.

Every product is handpicked from brands I believe in: mostly women-owned, mostly handmade, always intentional, always eco friendly. These aren’t mass-produced trends. They are goods crafted by people who care deeply.

 I know them. I talk to them. I chose them for a reason.

This brand was never just about products. It’s about that spirit. Because when women are supported, we can do anything. Everything.
