If you are not satisfied with your online purchase for any reason, we will take it back for a full refund or exchange it within 7 days of receiving your order.

We accept returns only on unopened and unused products in their original condition and packaging. For the safety and quality of our customers, opened or used items cannot be returned.

We are committed to making it right.

For packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we strongly recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout.

It offers peace of mind and full coverage in case something goes wrong on the journey to you.

Without Route, we’re limited in what we can do once your order leaves our hands.
