I was looking for people.

Every brand I work with shares this in common: they are led by women who create with purpose. The name says it all. This brand is rooted in mental wellness, and their simple, thoughtful tools - like the affirmation stickers and mindful exercises  are small, powerful shifts toward clarity. I include them in boxes as gentle anchors when your mind won’t slow down.

Lido

Lido is a clean, health-forward brand that makes hydration feel like self-respect. Their electrolytes are a BARElyREADY staple - I include them in every box, because staying hydrated is essential, no matter how you're feeling about yourself today. No sugar, no artificial junk - just a fast, effective way to support your body (especially when your energy is running on fumes). It’s a quiet reminder: take the sip, take the breath, keep going.

This brand is rooted in the rhythms of nature - grown and crafted in the Sierra Nevada foothills, their products feel like an invitation to slow down. Their dreamy pillow mists and citrus body scrubs are handmade with wildcrafted ingredients and a deep respect for the earth. Gifted Market offers comfort with a wink. Their cozy essentials are infused with personality, reminding us that softness and humor can coexist. Sometimes, self-tending means letting yourself feel both warm and lighthearted.

Chosen for their intuitive, no-fuss approach to skincare - because when you’re overwhelmed, you shouldn’t have to navigate a 10-step routine. Their offerings are quick, clean, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Sage & Stone Apothecary

This brand is deeply rooted in the natural world - their blends are crafted from a place of reverence and rhythm. Their ability to turn herbs into ceremony, and sipping into a form of self-connection is worth trying.

GHARYAN Stoneware & Olive Wood Tableware

I selected GHARYAN for their sense of tactile elegance - their pieces carry a weight and warmth that make daily rituals feel grounding. It’s tableware that doesn’t just serve - it slows you down and makes the moment matter.

I love Branch & Cord for their invitation to create. Their macramé kits offer something rare: a reason to be still and use your hands. It’s a tactile, meditative kind of care that brings a sense of order to emotional chaos.
